“The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...

“Beautiful hotel right next to the plaza de Espana and parque de Ferrera. Underground parking is only steps away from the hotel entrance. Lots of cafes and Mercado nearby.”

“It was a very short walk from the Asturias airport. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. The receptionist was ready for our arrival and we were checked in very quickly. The room was a large and clean traveler's hotel. There is an adjacent restaurant that offers basic meals. A good value overall.”

Como llegaba luego de las 11 de la noche me enviaron código para accesar sin ningún problema y para mi habitación. Me sorprendió. “Rooms are old and plain, but very large and quite adequate for an overnight stay. The noise from the nightclub at the bottom of the hotel was, however, extremely loud and made it hard to get to sleep until it stopped around 1am. After that, it was fine. ”

“Hotel sencillo y funcional a la vez que cómodo (aunque el baño se le ve un poco antiguo) . Silencioso, con parking gratis y restaurante donde se come de maravilla y con muy buena atención. Lo único que sería mejorable sería el entorno y la situación a 1.5 km del centro y a 3 km de la playa de las dunas del Espartal. Teniendo coche no sería un problema. Por cierto, el centro de Avilés es un encanto para pasear y cenar tranquilamente, y un buen sitio para alojarse y recorrer la costa de Asturias a...
