“When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. I had asked AI before booking (because my son had a sports match at 9) what time, breakfast...

“We have arrived at the location but the front desk told us that there isn't any room left and that the reservation doesn't show up even though we paid it in Expedia. They moved us in another hotel and had slept in the lobby like homeless people. Truly horrible experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. And they didn't give back the money”
