Unfortunately, I found the level of cleanliness well below expectations, which made the experience quite disappointing. "On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it. "The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok. "
