“Spa staff was amazing and all employees were friendly and accommodating,”

“Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? ”

“The room was very clean and nice! The complimentary breakfast was actually way beyond what I had in mind. Everything from eggs to cereal to waffles. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Nice room, larger than most. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that tuns from the Bee Hotel, to The Holbrook and then to the casino, very nice amenity. Room was clean, appliances seem to be almost new. Decorated very nicely. Would highly recommend. If I have a need to visit Danville again (which has a lot more to see than I expected) I'd stay here again.”

“Outstanding room. Outstanding service. I was driving away and realized that I had forgotten a phone charger. I called the front desk and the gentleman there went up to my room, retrieved the charger and called me back within five minutes. Walking distance to casino.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and the room appeared clean and modern, I encountered several significant issues. My car door was scratched by construction trucks in the parking area, which did not feel secure. Additionally, there was a strong odor of smoke at the entrance. Regarding the facilities and amenities, the bathroom faucets are in need of replacement. I also suggest improving the dining options; most of the food choices were too sweet to eat.
