The location is good with easy access to shopping, casino and restaurants. The room is very subpar- but that’s ok for a few days BUT the roaches have got to GO! We checked out early- We chose the facility because of the brand name- but sadly it was not the same as other hotels

The drain latch on the tub was missing and stuffed with paper towels! The tub is permanently stained. The too-short curtains were hung with the top12” of the windows not covered. The office counter top has black areas where there was tape a long time ago. Small rodents and bugs would be able to enter the room through the big space under the door. The bedroom floor has been recently replaced—a plus.

I can take a dated property, but I can't take a place that's dirty. Our room was filthy. The good thing was there was no insects other than the little sewer flies that look like fruit flies. They're harmless though. I don't know how this place got a customer rating of 7.8 out of 10. It's a 5 out of 10 and that's being generous. The price was the only thing going for it. I do have to say, the workers there are nice.

We stayed 3 weeks while looking for a place to rent. It is old but we got a good deal through Expedia. The beds were excellent, firm. They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us. We ran a box fan at night. We requested they not come in the room. We have 2 cats. They honored that. We changed our own sheets, swept/mopped the floor and cleaned the toilet with our own supplies from the dollar store. Wifi worked good. Fridge(it keep ice cream frozen) and microwave(it will pop a bag of popcorn) worked good and were clean. Floor was really dirty when we checked in...not sure why, but we just mopped it. We only saw one roach, but we were very careful to keep the place clean. We took our trash to the dumpster every night, bought roach traps just in case. They came around with a pest control guy while we were here too. $10 per day for the cats. Overall, a pleasant, easy stay. The owners are nice.

Both beds were filthy, with visible chip crumbs, dirt and hair. I killed a quite a few cockroachs. The door onto the room had large cracks in it, you could see outside from in the cracks. The noise from others guest fighting until the early morning hours. If it hadn’t been so cold I would have slept in my car! Instead I grabbed a pillow and blanket from my car and slept on the table.
