“On arrival I spoke with the Owner as on previous occasions we have been in a room with no heating in the middle of winter and on another occasion, no hot water for showering when we stayed for two nights, despite complaining about the fact we had no water. On this occasion we did have heating and the shower was warm but not hot. There does seem to be a lack of staff with one member of staff having everything to do front of house i.e taking food orders, serving the bar, checking customers in...
