"Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "

The place has a charming atmosphere with lush greenery, soft grass, and a real sense of privacy thanks to the separate cottages. There’s instead a lovely swimming pool area surrounded by nature, where you can fully relax and unwind. A perfect spot for a calm and pleasant getaway. "The rooms are comfortable though not overly big. The bathroom is very small. It was a tight squeeze into the shower. The balcony was lovely as it gave us more space and fresh air. We loved the pool however the beach was much warmer to swim in. "
