We sat in the parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to hear back from the host and it took another 10 minutes for them to get the code working. Some minor inconveniences to note: there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (and two guests), and a few paper towels left on the only roll. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you.
