"Isamar was the perfect place for our family to relax and visit our son who is studying abroad on Isabela Island. If I were going back, I would definitely stay there again. The location right on the beach was perfect! There was a very calm area in the ocean protected by volcanic rock where my daughter loved to play. "The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was delicious! The breakfast wasn't included in our rate (and was $30 each to add), but there are great restuarants very close to the resort. Would definitely return!"

"We only stayed overnight between the afternoon ferry from Isabela and the morning ferry to San Cristobal. It is difficult to rate the hotel as we were not there long. Our room did have a nice balcony with a hammock. The room had a mini fridge. The water in the shower was cool, couldn’t get it to go hot. The grounds of the hotel were nice and has a small pool. "
