“You need a.category six when it comes to lodges like Hacienda Tres Lagos. I have been traveling for five weeks in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile and Tres Lagos is hands down my/our favorite place. “The location is excellent, the house design is good, beautiful, and almost new. But everything is poorly done. The floor is bulging, the doors don't close, the shower stalls leak, and the large dining table wobbles. Most importantly, the hot water doesn't flow constantly. You have to wait a long time for it, then it comes on briefly and then disappears again. We couldn't take a proper shower. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick.”

“Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas.”

“El hotel esta ubicado frente al lago buenos aires pero muy alejado del centro cívico y comercial. Es decir..si queres pasear necesitas el vehiculo. Porque todo queda lejos. En la recepcion cuando llegamos fuimos atendidos por un señor de nombre junior quien en forma amable nos hizo el check in pero cero ayuda con el equipaje y solo se limito a indicarnos donde quedaban las habitaciones. No se tomo el trabajo de acompañarnos. Muy lamentable”
