“Elevator was broken last day and phone didn’t work last day. Pack light if you’re going to be on the top floors.”

“Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“Magnificent Property”

“Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the Charente valley.”

“very good location for one night”

“Bien situé.”

“Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road.”

“Parfait”

“Lovely place, welcoming hosts, wonderful swimming pool. Would have liked teabags/coffee sachets alongside the kettle in the room instead of a Nespresso machine without pods.”

“The property is in excellent condition. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided gluten free food for my Coeliac Disease. Lovely and quiet looking out on vineyards ”
