"Staff so friendly and welcoming always ready to assist and help. Was pleasantly surprised by the double bedroom so massive and spacious. Loved the vibe of the hotel very clean and neat decor was so shick and modern. Highly recommended and over the road was the best shopping mall and down the road the Dandenong Markets - a must . Will be back at the Holiday Inn trusted brand indeed."

"The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are dated. We had a freezer in our room and not a fridge, which I do not understand this reasoning. The aircon was very noisy and had frozen up. There was only 1 blanket in the room, which made for a cold night and only 2 flat pillows on the bed."

"It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together."

"Odd! Just take a look at the photos on this property. Yes it was a great location for us for this family wedding. Yes we were able to house multiple people. Yes we were swayed by the $. NEVER again! My bad! HORRIBLE communication with property owners. Who the heck was the person next door?!?!? LOL! ZERO instruction on how to ‘check out’. We did the “per normal”. Towels, dishes, trash out etc.... ummmmmm... nah.... on a 1-10; 2.5"
