“The place is nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We truely enjoyed our stay! We have booked additional 2 nights of stay but due to last minute flight cancellation, we were not able to cancel in time and were only able to get partial refund, which is according to booking policy. However, the hotel is so nice to provide full refund after we wrote in. Really appreciate it! As a side note, we did check with Expedia (since we booked via Expedia), but was denied full refund.”
