“Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and a great value for the money. Private beach was definitely a bonus and was very clean. I would have liked to have washcloths and hair conditioner in the room. Note that if you are planning activities, most of the attractions are a 1 hr 40 minute drive (I.e. La Soufriere, les chutes du Carbet). Highly recommend!”

“The AC didn’t keep the room cool (room 217). We ask the staff, but they did not find any suitable solutions. Room temperature was constantly between 24 and 28 degree celsius. ”

“I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer.
