"It’s an amazing place to stay in Frankfurt. It’s close to the train station and to the Old Town. The room is impeccable! You have a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. It feels like home. We had a small hiccup- somehow didn’t receive an email with an electronic key to the room, we called the number, which was provided on the door and in 10 minutes the key was delivered in person to us. They were very helpful. "

Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. "Just to be clear this is like staying in a simply-furnished one-bedroom apartment in a residential area close to downtown. There are some hotel-like amentites: they'll make up your room and provide fresh towels, but there is no room service and their English is just workable. Overall we loved it. Recommended, especially if you might spend some evenings at home."
