"知り合いが以前、利用したことがあり非常に良かったということでお世話になりました。値段もリーズナブルで料理が特に素晴らしい内容でした。どうやら料理長の方が、料理の鉄人でお馴染みの道場六三郎さんの孫弟子だったそうです。その肩書きに負けず劣らずでした。ただ、館の築年数が結構経っているのか
若干、古さを感じますがそこも味と捉えられるのであれば申し分ないと感じます。マニュアルではない、人情味のある接客がまた、良かったです。"

"料理は美味しかったように思う。野菜がとくにおいしかった。周辺は温泉宿がいくつもあり、趣がある。しかし、水族館や海など、他の山形県のみどころからは離れているので、一泊二日だと、温泉と料理だけを楽しむ旅行になってしまうことは、人によっては難点かもしれない。"
