“Breakfast choice and service not great. Receptionist not interested in explaining hotel facilities or how to get to room. Lockers malfunctioning in pool. No staff available at one of the restaurants when we tried to visit. ”

“For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole area in darkness. You would have thought the hotel was closed. Dinning room closed breakfast in attached bistro, thank goodness this was lovely. ”
