“I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water.
We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...
