"Overall, my stay at the resort was good. The location is fantastic—being just steps away from the beach was definitely a highlight. The food was great as well, with no complaints there. While most of the staff were helpful, I did encounter a few who weren't as friendly or welcoming as I would have liked. That said, others made up for it with their attentiveness and professionalism. One downside that really impacted my experience was the condition of the pool. After a few days, it became noticeably cloudy and appeared uncleaned. I overheard a staff member mention that no one had come to clean it in days, which was honestly off-putting and made me avoid the pool for the rest of the trip. Overall, I had a good stay, but I do hope the resort takes better care in maintaining the cleanliness of shared amenities like the pool in the future. "

"My room was only 1 room away from the beach, offshore is the 2nd longest uninterrupted coral reef in the world, food was cafeteria style and excellent, attended the wedding of a relative and created memories of a lifetime"

"I loved this hotel. It is clean, family friendly, the beach is just a couple steps away. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The place is well maintained. We stayed here for the first time 6 days with breakfast included just because we did not know if we were going to like the food. Next time we visit I would definitely book the all inclusive package bc food is delicious and fresh. I didn’t like the restaurant that they have at the beach, but I only had dinner one time. Maybe I should have given them another chance. "

"Andi the chef was fantastic and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort staff made us feel special! We were always greeted with a big smile and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be back!"
