“The location was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and linens are ok. Bathroom needs to be cleaned well.”

“I traveled alot in many hotels in the Philippines and let me tell you, Lenox is an hidden gems. The food is so great at a fair price!”

“Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve.”

“You can't do much on the hotel premises; it feels restraining, but the aesthetic and beachfront are amazing. Honestly speaking, the food is less appetizing (ordinary) and expensive, with not many choices on the menu. Flies are all over the dining area. Kudos to the staff for doing their best to solve the problem. I think it will be a great place if given attention to guest intertqinment and more wiggle room with choices.”
