"This property is a new hotel with modern facilities, welcome cookies is available, very nice one. However, the air-condition is not friendly enough as we got very hot in the room, the room temperature is around 27-28 degree. "Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"
