“THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! I arrived at this hotel and tried to check in around 8 pm. They notified that I couldn't stay at this hotel since all rooms are booked. I made a reservation via Hotels.com about 1 month ago and I didn't get any notice from the hotel in advance. They just let me know the situation when I checked in.
