Even when providing all the payment documents and specifying which room was booked, they place you in a room you never expected! They completely ignore all complaints. “Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, leider ist es nur viel zu teuer für das, was es ist. Halbpension lässt zu wünschen übrig, man gibt extra viel geld aus für getränke und mittagsessen. Selbst beim Abendessen ist kein wasser inklusive. Für den Preis gibt es richtig gute all inclusive hotels. Der strand war nicht direkt beim hotel, man kann aber mit dem buggy hingefahren werden.
