“Experiência fantástica. O staff do hotel e do restaurante Terrazas é muito educado e prestativo. Quarto sempre limpo. Toalhas de banho sempre trocadas. Cama confortável e grande. Cozinha com diversos utensílios para quem estiver animado para preparar suas refeições do quarto e curtir o visual da neve caindo do conforto do sofá. Pretendo voltar várias vezes!”

“The property has a great view of the lake and mountains. The porch connected to the room is lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset. it is a not too far from the city center, but the mountain road condition made it less attractive to drive out and visit.”

“One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...

“Hotel localizado a beira do lago, muito vento. Como o quarto não tinha vista para o lago, o que achavamos que teria, pelas fotos talvez melhor se hospedar bem no centro na Rua San MARTIN.”

“Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. ”
