"Cleaning staff were courteous and friendly (best part of the experience). Check-in took much much longer than expected. There was no information on where to temporarily park while checking in (there is no drive up to the front - you need to park in the roundabout until you get your parking pass). I had to phone back twice after being put on hold for more than 15 minutes each time before I could talk to the receptionist. The breakfast area and lobby are way too small for the number of guests so don't assume just because breakfast is included that you will actually get breakfast. The room temperature setting had no instructions to it and took some time to figure out. NO USB OUTLETS. I doubt the hotel has had an electrical upgrade since before Steve Jobs started Apple. Room had dishwasher detergent but I don't know if that was left over from a previous guest or if it was provided. Best to assume you need to bring your own detergent and scrub pads. The kitchen was decently stocked with plates, cups, glasses, cookware. No grocery stores nearby - at least nothing with gluten or lactose free options that delivers so best to shop before you arrive. The village store doesn't carry lactose free milk or cream - nor does the hotel have lactose free cream alternatives for coffee."
