“Property was a bit run down”

“Very clean rooms helpful staff, great parking breakfast is good thay just need a microwave or something to warm up the eggs & sausages but other than that everything else was wonderful. Ty. Yes I would stay again. I recommend this hotel for everyone's stay. 5 stars hotel.”

“We stayed a night here following our visit to Hershey Park! Quiet and convenient location just a few miles from the park. The facility and room was cleaned. Breakfast is from 630a-930a quite a variety including gluten free options. Staff very friendly and polite.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and stylish. Easy access to the hotel and great breakfast place next door if you want to partake. The two negatives were the bed needs replacing, lumpy and squeaky, and the tub did not drain until After my shower.”

“The room was what we needed for the night. The only downfall was that the power kept going out all night so the air conditioner would go on and off and it was warm. The fridge also had water inside due to the melted ice. Silly stuff. Good for the price. Did not get to experience the breakfast but the ice machine was free and that was a plus.”

“2 problems. 1.Room was a sauna on arrival. I would expect the AC to be on when we had a reservation. 2 shower was difficult to use. If water temp was closer to hot the flow to the shower stopped. Othwise the place was nice.”

“The description does not match the actual property. I had a major issue in the room. The front desk agent was very helpful. He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...
