Weenjoyed our stay, the hotel was very clean, and the staff we encountered were helpful. We did not use many amenities; but could see kide were swimming in the evening. A complementary breakfast was served, but we did not make the time for it, I could see fresh fruits, waffles and juices available. Parking was well lit during the evening hours, and easy to get around.

Everything was great with the stay room was great and only downfall was the pool was closed because they renovated it and they were waiting on inspection but because of that we were able to upgrade to the Jacuzzi room at no extra cost so the staff definitely made it right considering the whole reason why I selected that place was cuz it had a pool and the price is right would definitely stay there again

We arrived in a snowstorm, and were greeted by the lovely new management team, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. The room was very clean, updated, beds comfortable, the pool looked inviting, but we were too tired to make use of it. The breakfast bar had everything we could want. Thanks for a nice stay!

The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. The pool was always busy when I was at the hotel so I couldn’t use it (no big deal cause i didnt bring the kiddos). I didn’t like the fact that you had to turn around to get to the hotel if you were coming from Harrisburg. Just one of issues. Parking if you came late at night it was hard to find a parking spot. To get to any decent food spots you had to drive 10 minutes to get decent food. I am from New York and I always have to rember that if you want beer you have to go to the beer store. Check in and out was a breeze. Also when staying here you have to pull the door shut to make sure it locks when you leave and go back. I never got to eat breakfast because I cannot get up that early so I cannot comment on that. The other down fall was that the towels were in the room its self so i had to remember to bring a towel in with me to take a shower. if i come back for another fire expo I will be staying somewhere closer to down town so it is eaier for me to get places. The parking lot got filled up quick so if your a person that stays out late it was challenging to find a parking sport

My husband and I arrived here on Thursday (4/9) to stay for a few days as we were in town for the Joyce Meyer Conference. When we arrived the gentleman that checked us in was very nice, kind, and even gave us a map to let us know about things in the area as we had never traveled to Pennsylvania before. When we got to our room it was clean and had nice amenities (mini fridge and microwave). The room we stayed in was 209 it was nice but weird as it had 2 beds it appeared that the room was renovated from a conjoined room but that didn't bother us as we only needed the one bed. As we continued to unpack we noticed that the room did not have a closet or safe, or an iron but when we called downstairs they brought an iron up right away. The room also did not have an alarm clock or digital clock which was a little strange but not a big deal. The breakfast was ok my only suggestions would be to give a few more varieties of bread as I had toast on Friday morning but I like wheat bread and they only had white, not a big deal as I am not a breakfast person anyway, but the breakfast was nothing to write home about. We did have an issue when we arrived back Friday night our room hadn't been serviced so I went down to ask for towels and inquire about that and the manager did inform me that they don't service the rooms everyday unless you ask, that is fine but I think that should be communicated upon check in and asked at that time so that there is no confusion with this. I did let him know

The room was very nice and the little touches, like rolled towels to look like an animal and the toilet roll with the flower were extra special. The whole place, lobby, halls, rooms, and elevators were always very clean. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel so welcomed. This was my second time back and when I walked in, the young man at the desk greeted me by name! I will always come back here when I am in the area. Comfy beds, good breakfast, great staff.

It was converted recently from a Best Western. They did an impressive job of providing my daughter and me what we needed while going to Hershey Park. The property is clean and comfortable and what you need with your mind on inexpensive travel.
