Super friendly staff that were willing to help with an early check-in and willing to hold our bags when our flight got delayed. Perfect hotel for the price and amount of time you’ll actually be in your room. A little dated for those looking for upscale but great for me and my family.

Walking distance to Hershey theater…we stayed overnight when we came to town for a concert. Restaurants, shopping and other attractions within walking distance as well. Owner/staff super friendly and helpful. There is a nice gazebo with seating just steps away from our room for smoking! For a smoker, that’s a big deal. (No hiding by the dumpster with the trash pandas). Nothing fancy here, but everything you need!!!! Would recommend.

The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the downtown restaurants and the Hershey Theatre our primary destination. Located in a residential neighborhood. Rooms were clean. Staff eager to help when we weren’t sure exactly how to swipe key card. Old style building and decor but it suited our needs. We able to park directly in front of our room.

It's a little weird--I had to stay for 3 days, and I'm pretty sure for at least one of the days, I was the only person there. A family who checked in seemed to enjoy the pool. The critiques are the towels were ratty and the internet was weak. A great location. Can walk to everything downtown. The AC wasn't very powerful, and the room got a bit stuffy, so I'd probably not stay here in the summer.
