“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were actually comfortable and my disabled husband was able to sleep the entire night without any discomfort. However, the only issues we experienced was the sofa bed cushions were disgusting. There were spots that looked like blood stains. We were offered another room but that sofa bed also had stains. “Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter. ”

“We stayed for 1 night and was looking forward to the stay. We were given a room on the side of the building which wasn't the best of views. If you book, I recommend asking for a room with a view of the pool if stuff like that matters to you. The front desk staff was very sweet as we checked in very late and she was helpful.”

“This hotel has changed management and is still a good deal, but they have done away with breakfast and just have coffee and juice along with protein bars and cupcakes. The waffle machine was broken while I was there so there really isn't any breakfast.”

It reeked of animal urine, the shower curtain was stained half way up with old soap scum, it was black mold where the shampoo bottle was supposed to sit. The bed skirt was soooo dirty and dusty you could draw the name in the dust. I ended up going to target to buy cleaning supplies and a candle to help the smell. “Do NOT book this Hotel. This hotel is now a MOTEL 6 and they will NOT honor the booking and will leave you stranded with no place to stay. The place is pretty dirty and very run down. There was trash everywhere, furniture all over the 3nd floor balcony and people partying in the parking lot. No one is manning the office. They have a paper with a phone number to call. The manager was nice but the new owner refused to honor the booking that had been completely paid in full ahead of time. Don't...
