very friendly & helpful staff: close to everything. Room was great. Service was great.

The property was luxurious, the view was incredible and all the staff was very friendly helpful.

Overall a very good stay. Used the club lounge a lot and the staff was very helpfull to book tours.

During our check in, we are facing some issue, After was entertained by the duty Manager .. he is very experienced and immediately solve our problem.. we have a very great stay during our holiday. I’m appreciate the duty manager for what he did. Thank you very much. We will come back.

The staff are brilliant and the rooms perfect for a large family. What would be an additional nice touch would be to have a large drinking water dispenser in lieu of the little bottles.

Hosts were waiting to greet us and showed us our room. Room was a little smaller than I expected but was everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Couldn’t fit two suitcases in our room but living area was nice and big so could easily fit it out there instead. Beds and pillows quite firm. Amazing views, but even from so high up could still hear the traffic at times. Spacious bathrooms. Only thing was if you wanted to use the pool you had to message the hosts to be registered. Wasn’t a problem for our 1 night stay but might be a little inconvenient if you were there longer.
