Lot of stores, restaurants and coffee shops are surround the place within walking distance
Only problem is no toiletry kit or bath towels provided.
You have to buy the kit from vendor machine

Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in.
I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next.
I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know.
The rooms were tiny, and the shower stall had mold

It has everything on our checklist: great breakfast at reasonable price, well laid out room, easy walks to everything (shoppings, restaurants, night market, subway, bus, Lotte department), super helpful staffs (ask for Becky who speaks perfect English).
