“The system and service of employee is not the level of Marriott. Even though the hotel name is Courtyard Marriott, you cannot expect the similar level of service during your stay. No toothbrush for the beginning. I received my room key one day after I had checked in because of system error. I cannot get to my room directly after my breakfast because of no key, so, I should go to front desk and should follow the employee who should visit the each floor. Almost 5 minutes to get to my room...

“The hotel is very new and in a good location. I would rate it as 4.5*. Very clean and very modern. It needs only few improvements as to the staff. They are trying their best but as we travel all over the world, we can feel the difference. Staff should be more trained. We stayed for for the stopover one night to carry on with our travel to Gujarat.”

“Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.”

“Sorry to say I had bad experience I arrived at 10pm room was given when opened not cleaned or ready for me They just changed the blankets and gave as we r tied we slept No clean bathroom And more over whole night too much noise or music was playing couldn’t sleep Asked for room service in the morning for about 3 times no response then we left Came back at night 10 pm still no room service and loud music Horrible service so called about 5 times to ask finally they gave different room and...
