"A large property with a beachfront on one side and a river on the other."

"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. "Das Hotel ist einmalig, Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, die Speisen hervorragend, das Personal freundlich. Alles in allem ein absolutes Highlight. Leider ist die Lage nicht wirklich toll. Es liegt an der Mündung des Bentotaflusses, welcher Berge von Müll heranspült. Baden im Meer nicht wirklich schön, auch wegen den gefährlichen Strömungen. Man badet also ausschließlich im Pool. Das ist sehr traurig!"

"A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue."

"Staffs were really friendly and so helpful. Room is very clean and there was daily housekeeping. Soap and shampoo and towel was available Breakfast buffet was amazing😋 There was 2 swimming pool near the beach And finally the great view from the room. This hotel is close to bentota railway station but sometimes no stop there. Totally that was perfect experience "

"This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."
