"We loved the resort and all amenities but in our room the toilet seat was broken, faucet in sink was broken and the toilet paper holder was broken. The beds could have been softer also. But having everything right there for the grand daughter to do was a plus."

"The area around the hotel is quite sketchy. It is located right behind a Shell gas station. When I parked my vehicle, I noticed a homeless person sitting against the gas station drinking. This was maybe 20 yards from where I was parked. I checked in then parked my car in a different location. During the evening I kept hearing slamming doors. I must have heard someone slamming their door about 8-10 times. In the morning when I took a shower, the water pressure was very weak and the water temperature was kind of warm, it never got hot. The only bright side of my stay was that the bed was very comfortable!"

"The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again "
