“No se puede pagar desde la página, ni con tarjeta en el hotel. Tuve que pagar con efectivo , al momento de pagar no tenía vuelto, me quedaron de d at al día siguiente ( lo cual no ocurrió). La persona no es la misma . No manejan el idioma inglés. Demasiado ruidoso. Lo pedí con desayuno, no estaban al tanto , tuvieron que ir a comprar y cocinar, perdí más de 1 hora. Algunos servicios del hotel no están disponible. ”

“ Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal bemüht sich nicht genug. Das Zimmer ist sehr alt ausgerichtet und das Hotel ist ein sehr alte Gebäude. ( sieht überhaupt nicht gut und auch nicht wie im Internet. ”

“No English Spoken. Slept on a sofa bed - not king-size either. Located up a dark backstreet. No mirror in bathroom for shaving. Old paint pot for a bin. Too many items not as advertised. ”

“Hotel acceptabil situat aproape de centrul Chișinăului. Personal disponibil și condiții decente. Singura problemă pe care am avut-o a fost LIPSA CĂLDURII în camere,în luna Noiembrie când temperaturile exteriore ajung noaptea la 2/3 grade Celsius.”

“Hotel staff did not know that i have booked the room and that I am coming .First 30 minutes they have been making sure that I have booked the room.when they found that I have booked the room,they did not have any room vacant so they gave me loft.Secondly wifi was good on the ground floor but it was not working on upper floors.There were 2 big dogs walking on the terrace and they could have been dangerous.”

“When I arrived, the staff claimed I had no reservation. I had to pay cash at triple the rate. My credit card was charged by Expedia anyway for it so I ended up paying four times what I should have. Additionally, the toilet did not work and the shower door was broken. The staff said it would be a couple of days before they could fix it. My reservation was only for one day...”
