No extraction and the towel rail just screamed not safe Hot and cold taps the wrong way round Staff was lovely Amazingly quiet The money vouchers were good but a top up card would have been great where u didn’t have to pay a full £10 at each vendor especially where u have a family who wants different places for food Get what u pay for”
