"Great location and really good sized apartment for a couple. Had everything you'd need. Bedroom was a little tight but no real complaints, just a bit snug getting it in!
Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. Perfect for us. Will definitely use...

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"This is a nice place, the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. Really enjoyed our stay here it was a good base to explore the Utrecht region on bikes. The local area has all the services that you will need if you are on a bike tour and it's a great location to use as a basis to explore the region.
