"This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one.
