“The Loretto Inn & Soa is in a great location. Very easy to walk to plaza and around town. The property itself is very nice. The room had no windows, just a door to an outside patio. So, it always felt very dark. The AC was extremely loud and not something you can easily sleep through. For the money, free access to the bikes or a breakfast would have been nice. Free coffee didn’t seem like much of a luxury. The staff was very nice.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
