We loved our stay here. There's only 4 rooms total so it feels like a private sanctuary most of the time. Convenient location, peaceful, with beautiful historic and cultural touches. Excellent service and cleanliness too. We'll definitely be back just to stay here.

Stayed for 4 days in October. All hotel staff was very helpful arranging taxis and places to go. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.

The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown.The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.

This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to assist you. Definitely would come back in my next trip to Nicaragua.

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. Superb hotel echoes the colonial grace of the city of Granada and the life of the Spanish grandees. Felt pampered and looked after. Only there one night but would be pleased to return for a week. Friends stayed elsewhere for about the same price which offered facilities for infants, which this hotel does not. Both were lovely places near town centre. For us, this was ideal, though regretted no time for the pool.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the old town one block from the main center. Everything is walkable. The hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding. It is a small location with only 7 rooms that are facing the inside courtyard as is traditional in Granada. The service and the food (full Breakfast was included) were superb. The hotel’s concierge Skarlet was unbelievable. She was available for anything we needed at all times of the day and night as well as on her days...

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.

Great hotel, stunning views over Laguna de Apoyo. The hotel provides shuttle service to the Lagoon and into Granada at 9 and 1, with pick ups at 1 or 4. Fabulous placer to stay right on the beach! There’s a swimming pool and lovely grounds with tropical plants and comfy hammocks and lounge furniture. Staff members Gustavo and Justino were pleasant and super helpful when it came to giving us info about local restaurants and local activities. They even set up our shuttle to our next destination. The room was very clean and had AC. AND there were beach cruiser bikes available at no extra cost. HIGHLY recommended !!
