"We had a good stay before catching Le Shuttle. It’s very much budget end, but fine for a one night stay. Everything worked, although the plastic toilet flush operating button was cracked and ready to disintegrate. The shower was fine and had a good amount of hot water pressure. The bed was rather hard for my liking, but that seems quite common in France. The sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. "I have award a 5 star based on the budget nature of the hotel. It is great for access to the ferry terminal. Our room was clean as was the bathroom and although compact it provided a good night's sleep at a very competitive rate. The receptionist was excellent (Veronique I think). She was helpful prior to and upon our arrival and spoke English to us as my schoolgirl French isn't up to much! We didn't use the restaurant at all so cannot comment. "

"We were given a room with a connecting door into another room, the door did not fit well and was not soundproof, with some improvisation with a first aid plaster managed to get a better fit. Not impressed at all. As with all premiere class hotel I have stayed at in the last 2 weeks, has seen better days, and now in need of refurbishment."

"The hotel is what you would expect from an inexpensive option. Tiny, dates rooms that are hot all night. You can hear everyone either side. My bed had a cigarette butt in it when we arrived. Room clean otherwise. The hotel is handy for the metro but walking around the back of a shopping centre car park at night didn’t feel safe. "

"Excellent location, comfortable room, helpful staff. Some signs wear & tear, but within what I would consider reasonable/expected of a low-cost room. Only negatives were the kettle was overdue a descaling and for an aparthotel I would have expected some recycling options for waste."
