“Great experience ”

“The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

“Compared to a Motel 6 in U.S but clean. Staff is polite & reserved, not at all friendly. Wifi is available but sporadically..not the hotel fault. AC comes on around 8:PM until 7:AM, some nights. On our last night it was off from 3:AM. Our room was cleaned once in 5 nights because we did not put the door notice on the outside door knob. Opposite to our U.S hotels. Bfast is scanty, scrambled or boiled eggs & stale rolls. Weak coffee. Juice & cold bottled h2o. Bring your own toiletries and if you...

“Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. AC worked splendidly all 5 days. Pool was being filled the day we arrived. Nightlife music BOOMs @ pool. Pool clarity & color got murky green on day 3?!? Showers were comforting in July after the nozzle obstructions were removed. Fireworks on 4th were lacking...but oh yah it's Haiti bro. For missionaries its fine ....

“This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster.”
