"room clean"

"The hotel is situated in an old onsen town. The town has some interesting character. However, lots of shops and restaurants have off days. So you need to plan for food in advance"

"It was nice to have a delicious breakfast."

"Very clean rooms, the location was just perfect"

"The price is good, but wifi connection was not well. Also, there is an insect inside the room, one of pillows has bad smell."

"The staff is very good and good breakfast, but the bed is old and uncomfortable."

"大浴場の整備と外壁の掃除が必要だと思いました。"

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."

"Really nice hotel. Want to visit again"

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."
