"We stayed here from the 24th–26th and had a really great experience overall. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the hotel had a calm, comfortable feel that made it easy to relax. Our room was clean, cozy, and well looked after, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel a bit more special. The location was convenient for getting around, and I always felt safe and comfortable coming back at the end of the day. Everything was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want from a hotel stay. I’d happily come back again and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Easy & quick check-in with little waiting. Room provided was on the 19th floor with a direct view of the American Falls. Superb views both in day & night!"

"The room was very clean. The staff was great. Best part was this hotel is not very large so we never got stuck waiting for an elevator! I would stay here again. Ended up with a city view room so we were able to watch the sun set, it was beautiful."

"Great check in experience Room has a great view of Nathan Phillips square at the Richmond tower Grab and go breakfast at dual citizen was fine but overpriced. Pool area is great but lacks a hot tub"
