"Beautiful hotel, exceptional amenities (eg PJs) and friendly helpful staff who spoke fluent English. Our family of 5 stayed in a one bedroom loft apartment. It was so spacious having both a dining and living area, 2 toilets and big bathroom. Our towels were changed on request and we used the laundry downstairs a number of times. "For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. "Clean modern apartment. Beds were the comfiest I've stayed in whilst in Japan. Very close to sites of Kyoto. Only niggle was no staff around to ask any questions and the spa wasn't included in the price of the room. 8000yen for 90 minutes"

Staff is friendly, laundry facility is convenient, well stocked full kitchen! Love washers in Japan. They all dispense detergent automatically!"
