“Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. ”

“관광지의 호텔이 영어가 되지 않아 어려움이 있었다. 입실이 늦어졌기 때문에 키는 방에 두었지만 방을 찾지 못해 전화를 했지만 주인은 별다른 대안을 주지 못했고 30분간 밖에 있어 다른 게스트의 도움으로 입실할 수 있어 아쉬움이 컸다. 헤어 드라이어가 비치되었다는 정보로 결정하였지만 헤어드라이어는 없었다.”

“포도밭이 사방에 가득한 다소 크기는 작으나 안락하고 좋았던 숙소~ 근처 유명 대도시보다 좋은듯용. 추천합니다”

“I stayed at this hotel just 2days but received fantastic impressions from everything. The hotel is antique style but not old and surrounded by enormous vine yard and beautiful town houses, my family room with 3 beds is very large and clean. The staffs are also very kind. The only thing to improve are weak WIFI and no freezer and air conditioner. but I think Air conditioner is not necessary even in the hottest summer season.”

“직원은 친절했고, 작은 마을이라 위치는 다 좋아요. 그런데 엘리베이터가 없어서 좁은 계단으로 짐 들고 올라가기 조금 버거웠어요. 조식은 별거 없었는데 10유로였나? 배고파서 먹긴 했는데.. 조금 돈이 아까운 느낌?”

“호텔객실이 인터넷 내용과 다름. 인테넷에서는 25m2으로 소개되었으나 실제는 제일 작은(basic room)이었음. 가격도 105유로지불했으나 실제 객실가격(호텔로비에서 확인)은 86유로이었음. 객실침대의 길이가 너무 작아 170cm정도의 성인은 가능하나 나처럼 큰키(180cm이상)를 가진 사람은 잠자기 불편하였음 주변 환경, 경치는 너무 좋았음. 직원들도 비교적 친절하였음”

“What a special place to stay. An ancient French country villa converted into a small hotel with all the quirks of a centuries old property, and with all the charm. We visited in winter time and loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of touring and then the steam and dry sauna. Breakfast was delicious and ample with eggs as you want them. The staff could not have been more helpful. We also liked the “honor bar” where you can get a bottle of local wine or an expresso or water and just leave a...

“Maison, Chambre et décoration typiquement alsacienne comme je souhaitais ! Accueil familial, gentillesse, tout était parfait jusqu’aux délicieuses confitures de figues de la mamie que nous avons dégusté avec gourmandise”

“Situé au coeur du vignoble cette hôtel présente un bon rapport qualité prix pour sa catégorie. La chambres et la salle de bain sont modernes, literie de bonne qualité, très calme. Vue sur un océan de vignes pour la notre, la plaine du Rhin et la Forêt Noire en arrière plan. Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et le repas fut excellent. Le petit déjeuner est excellent lui aussi : produits très frais (mention spéciale pour le Kouglopf) Très bon accueil avec un personnel gentil et très souriant ”

“Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.”
