"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Terme. Great beach with a fun strand to enjoy a walk with lots of restaurants. Federica was the hotel rep at the front desk was a total pro and so nice. The hotel manager, Gianni Cegue was very helpful with parking and couldn't have been nicer also. If we ever get back to this part of Italy, will definitely stay here again!"

"The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. "The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."

"Hotel was ok, staff were friendly, however having had a 10 hour working day I was booked into here because it had a restaurant, only to discover that it's shut on Sundays. Had it said this on the website we would not have booked it. By the time I booked in I was too tired to drive into the nearest town for food and had to make do with a bag of crisps. They wouldn't even make a sandwich for me. The room was ok but there was a lot of black mould in the shower."

"Hotel is not a hotel but a room for the night. You get a token to present to one of two cafe for a coffee and pastry in the morning which is the free breakfast. The reception is always closed, even at the announced opening times which is inconvenient. It’s rather basic. However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....
