“Leopard Trails is a fabulous rustic luxury camp in the beautiful Wilpattu Park. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Sri Lanka! The Naturalist guide who took us on safari was attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely great guy. Back at camp, the rooms were comfortable and the private dining candle lit dinners were magically romantic. I recommend the suite with the plunge pool, it was bliss after a hot and dusty drive on safari. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this special place! ”

“The team at Big Game was amazing! We booked because we really wanted to do a safari and that was amazing but we were blown away be everything else! The food was above and beyond what I expected with 4 courses for dinner, 3 at lunch , and a very full breakfast. They list breakfast as continental but it's much more than that. The first tent we were in was fine but we upgraded part way through and really appreciated the extra space! ”

“Hôtel bien placé pour safari à Wilpatu, le safari était super avec un guide très attentif et qui a su nous montrer beaucoup d animaux et oiseaux en prenant bien le temps. Une coupure de courant le soir, le personnel a tout fait pour rétablir au plus vite. Le gérant de l hôtel propose ses services de chauffeur pour des prix correct, très arrangeant. ”

“Room was very clean, had a little bit of a strange smell when we first arrived and the bathroom smelled a little bit like drainage. We opened the window in the washroom and kept the door locked so it wasn't a problem. Staff is lovely and has a nice dog as well! We did the Safari through the hotel and it was a great experience! Thank you 🙏 ”

“A FUUUIIRRRR !! Le propriétaire est un arnaqueur de premiere ! Et hôtel.com le soutiens !! Arrivé a 23h30, le propriétaire dit ne pas avoir de réservation ( confirmation et paiement ok sur hotel.com 1semaine avant..) obligé de payer une seconde fois le prix de la chambre ( en espèces bien sur et sans facture !!!). Hotel plus que vieillissant, equipements rouillées...)”

“We enjoyed every second of our stay. The location is very quiet, only about 15 minutes from the entrance to Wilpattu National Park. The villa and the entire property were in excellent and very well-maintained condition. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. If you plan to visit Wilpattu National Park, this is the perfect place to stay.”

“The staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome during our two nights at Kay Jay wild. There is an entrance to wilpattu national park only 5 minutes drive away. The area where Kay jay wild is is just so beautiful”

“The staff were really friendly, amazing food and really gorgeous place. They took us on a wildlife tour where we saw otters and loris all on their grounds! There is not much in the local area so you need to keep this in mind if planning to visit a shop or restaurant during your stay, it’s not really possible ”
