A stay in one of their 2 longhouses is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. "Booked for Queen Bed Room at ground floor for RM239 (before discount). Few times stay at Rose Cabin since 2004. But this time too much difference...a bit run down. It's over priced for the facilities provided. Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. Nothing much to do here. Check in/out counter only open from 8am till 8pm. After that...

"We like this place as it is the closest to the most beautiful mountain view of Mount Kinabalu. The rooms had bed sufficient for up to 10 pax. Kitchen is well equipped and we can whip up meals conveniently. Staffs are friendly. We will come back again. "

"Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit."
