“The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful.”

I would rent this place again just pointing out things that needs to be improved on”

“They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. “We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”
