“The actual location and property is 10/10. I love the peace and quiet and non-touristy vibe of the place. Rooms were huge and airy and have that amazing old colonial architectural feel to it. My only issue is that the breakfast sucks big time. No local breakfast was available. Being away from the restaurant and options - I was forced to eat dry bread and halved cook plantain and eggs. “The property over all was great. The staff was friendly helpful and went out of the way to accommodate the guests. Was there for my Bday and the staff acknowledged it with a simple surprise. The thought counted. There some renovations going at the property but those renovations did not interfere with amenities.”

“The door had a key lock from the early 40s. We felt unsafe.?The bedroom floors had tile that needs to be power washed. The shower was barely warm.. It was temperature of Caribbean barrel water used to take a bath. The furniture was dated, early 70’s. No elevator to transport luggage. Great location, great staff and perfect access to the beach.”

The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”
